Fideuram Gestions SA is a UCITS IV management company set up in 1999 in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, under the terms of the Law of 17.12.2010. It is fully controlled by Banca Fideuram SpA, which is part of Intesa Sanpaolo Group. Banca Fideuram is the market leader in high-level financial advisory thanks to its exclusive model that combines dynamism and ambition of its almost 5,000 financial advisors, private bankers, as well as the strength and stability of a true bank.

Fideuram Gestions provides securities services activities and in particular it is in charge of central administration and transfer agent in relation to Luxembourg UCIs held by the associate company Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland).

In its capacity as Administrative Agent, Fideuram Gestions is responsible for the general administrative functions required by law, the calculation of daily NAVs and the maintenance of accounting records.

As Registrar and Transfer Agent, Fideuram Gestions is responsible for processing the issue, redemption, conversion and transfer of units of the UCIs, as well as for maintaining the register of unitholders.

BRUNO ALFIERI Currently General Manager and Board Member of Fideuram Gestions in Luxemburg, as well as Board Member of Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland) and Sanpaolo Invest Ireland Limited. Joined Banca Fideuram in 1999 as Executive Vice President of Fideuram Bank (Luxembourg) and later took the position of Joint General Manager in Fideuram Gestions. In 2002 was appointed General Manager of Fideuram Gestions and between 2002 and 2007 was General Manager of Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland). Previously, after an internship with the European Commission in Luxemburg, he worked for IMI Bank (Gruppo IMI) in the Credit and Swap, Trust Services and Corporate Planning, Analysis and Financial Reporting divisions. He holds a degree in Economics and Banking at the University of Siena.
